XI Greyson
Our mysterious protagonist popped onto the scene early in
2005 and made herself at home. Though we've since learned
where (and when) she's from, much of her past and purpose
here is still a mystery.

Roth Porter
Roth makes a living as a freelance illustrator, which means
that he relies heavily on the generosity of his friends to
keep a roof over his head. Despite his love of fantasy, he
tends to have an adverse reaction to the supernatural.

"M.D."
Darley
As Roth's mismatched bestfriend, M.D. is pretty much always
around. He's also an accomplished slacker and mooch, but no
one really minds, since he's a good guy under it all.

Neila
Kennedy
Neila is unobtrusive, shy, and a powerful telekinetic. She
came to town on Domingo's arm and has already been responsible
for one death here. Why her abilities don't work effectively
on XI have yet to be explained.

Cody Zentner
Cody got off to a bad start with XI by arresting her, but
he's very sorry and he's been trying to make it up to her
ever since. He's smarter than he looks, and has developed
a lot more patience since becoming friends with XI.

The sisters apparently knew M.D. back in the day, but have
